Description: Allegory with personification of the Art (Politeia) with a mean for measuring and a tablet sitting on a throne. She is winning over Envy who is keeping all the richness in her arms. On the foreground instruments for measuring (scale and so on). Dated on the bottom left '1579'. Text removed from the bottom:['Constituit rerum formas Politeia serena, / Si bona dat Regem que si perversa Tirannum', signed on the bottom left:'M. D. VOS / IVETOR' and on the bottom right:'I. SADELER F. / ET ESCUDIT']
